In continuation of my Despatch No. 394 of the

12th. November, 1913, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed

summary of piracies and robberies reported in the Chinese Fress as

having taken place in the Province of Kuangtung during the month of

November. I also enclose copies of two reports made to this Govern-

-ment of piratical attacks which occurred outside the jurisdiction

of the Colony.
